The lateral positions are still available while using the M620 Adapter which allows you to shift the light closer or further away from the top Picatinny rail for clearance around front sights or other top rail mounted accessories. Not compatible with Surefire Millennium lights (M951 M952 M962 etc.) The M620 Adapter does not include an Offset Scout Mount.
