The Lid on the front pocket has with loop sewn in for attachment of ID patches. The inside of the pouch has two 5" x 5" flat pockets and a d-ring for dummy cording. There is also 4 rows of elastic for organizing bandages and other medical supplies. On the bottom is a large grommet for excellent drainage in wet environments.
