The Tourniquet NOW! Strap (TNS) is a compact and efficient solution for securing a NATO-style webbing tourniquet, designed to take up only 3 vertical MOLLE loops. A great alternative to rubber bands, it ensures quick access to life-saving gear. Compatible with any MOLLE platform, the TNS fits perfectly on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch (sold separately). It can also securely hold a pair of flexcuffs, making it a versatile addition to your setup. One of the most effective and simple lifesaving devices, the TNS is essential for anyone in the field.
